I love eating GOOD healthy foods and staying active so I can feel my best, function optimally and help others feel good in their bodies also!
I have helped a wide variety of clients from: fat loss, muscle building, fitness competitive coaching, thyroid complications, digestion troubles, stress and sleep issues and so much more.
Monthly 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching: this includes an initial consultation form then a 30 minute phone call to go over your personalized food and lifestyle program. Weekly check ins and adjustments as required are included.
Fee: $ 150 monthly
Monthly 1 on 1 Nutrition + Workout Programs: this includes the same as above but also with either at home or in gym workout programs designed to suit your goals.
Fee: $ 225 monthly
